Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Picks product orders utilizing a computerized pick-to-light system, which indicates what items to pick and how many, and into which box they are to be placed. * Picks with care, ensuring order contains correct items, accurate quantities, and proper arrangement. * Must be able to maintain focus in order to pick accurately and efficiently and maintain expected cycle time and quality for the Sales Force. * Regularly rotates into packing, shipping, box making, line starter, wave runner and Quality control area. * Arranges product in shipping carton prior to adding void fill to minimize damages during transit. * Fills void with packing material and guides through top case sealer. * Operates a pneumatically controlled pedal to release the appropriate amount of void fill. * Takes direction from Line Starter to ensure appropriate box type and sizes are made, ensures adequate supply of appropriate boxes are available for induction. * Operates a manual pallet jack to move box supplies where needed. * Performs miscellaneous duties in the warehouse including filling various order types, performing rework/inspection and inventory counts; and assembling prepacks, Starter Kits, or prizes as needed. * As an Order Filler, removes any damaged product from flow racks and places it in a quality assurance box. * Records part number and quantity to ensure accurate inventory adjustment. * Assists with additional projects or assumes additional duties as needed. * Maintains a neat and orderly work area and disposes of trash. * This job requires on-site work at a Mary Kay facility. Education: High school education or equivalent Experience: 0-1+ years; experience in data entry is preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Must be able to read, write, and count to read numbers and fill product orders, and write numbers during physical inventory. * Must have good manual dexterity to pick orders and pack product in shipping cartons, and good visual acuity required to ensure product and part numbers are correctly placed into boxes. * Must be able to do basic math, including addition, subtraction, and simple multiplication and division, to pick the appropriate quantity of product into boxes. * Must be able to frequently lift objects weighing up to 35 pounds. * Must be able to continuously walk and stand to pick orders; push, pull, and reach to remove product from the slot in the pick bay and pick product from upper shelves; frequently stoop to pick items on lower shelves of the pick bay and lift to load prepacks. Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. * Must be able to utilize interpersonal skills to work well with and for others within the department and the Company. * Must be able to maintain an attendance record in good standing. More specifically, the incumbent is required to meet all "Attendance and Punctuality" guidelines as specified in the Employee Handbook and is expected to know and follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities SUMMARY Responsible for stocking grocery product per established merchandising procedures during the overnight hours while maintaining expected productivity levels. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Communicates daily with Stock Controller to review nightly goals and tasks -Keeps Department clean and well organized (includes back room and shelves, etc.) -Stocks shelves, refills displays and overall recovery -Executes proper recovery of department -Ensures compliance and execution of established SOPs including but not limited to proper product handling, rotation, storage, etc. -Loads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products -Performs work in an efficient manner and maintain productivity standards -Works efficiently and complies with established production standards -Reports any pallet jack, forklift or other equipment issues to the Stock Controller or Overnight Operations Manager for resolution. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED -3-6 months minimum prior stocking experience required -Solid communication skills both written and verbal. Basic reading and writing English skills -Previous customer service experience preferred -Prior experience working as part of a team -Organizational and time management skills -Ability to work overnight schedule -Able to operate pallet jack/baler -Forklift/Powerjack Training PHYSICAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS -Exposed to moving mechanical parts; small, confined spaces; cleaning chemicals and airborne particles -The noise level is moderate -Lift moderately heavy loads up to 75 lbs. individually with potential for heavier loads when team-lifting. -Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and squat -Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time -Ability to push/pull heavy loads of 75 lbs. -Ability to work in a fast paced work environment with productivity requirements WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
