The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Material Handling: loading, unloading and transporting roofing materials (shingles, tiles etc.) to the designated areas on the roof.
Assisting Shingle Truck Driver: providing directions, spotting for the driver and potentially operating equipment like conveyors to move materials onto the roof.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic math skills and proficiency in operating cash registers.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures is a plus.
Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
