Ken joined Badger Meter in October 2017 as Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer January 1, 2019. He has more than 20 years of experience in global operations management. Prior to joining Badger Meter, he served at Actuant Corporation for six years, most recently as executive vice president of the energy segment. His career also includes product management and operational leadership roles at IDEX Corporation and Eaton Corporation. He received a bachelor’s degree in operations management, marketing and human resources from Marian University and an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

Bob Wrocklage is a Senior VP/CFO at BADGER METER INC and Controller at PEGASYSTEMS INC and is based in Greater Milwaukee Area. He has experience at Arthur Andersen LLP and has worked as Americas Financial Controller at Enerpac; Senior Manager, Manager, Senior, Staff at Deloitte; and VP/Chief Acctg Officer/Controller at Actuant Corporation. Bob works or has worked as Enerpac Americas Finance Leader / Milwaukee Cylinder General Manager at Enerpac. He studied at Marquette University between 1997 and 2001 and Hartland Arrowhead High School between 1993 and 1997.
