As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving SHE performance and Business Continuity Management across our diverse set of sites. **Job Summary:** The SHE Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Safety, Health, and Environmental performance, as well as Business Continuity Management, across the IDS business area. This role will lead a team of two direct reports, including one Supervisor and one Individual Contributor. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management and environmental compliance, with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
