Join the BAE SYSTEMS F-35 Aircraft Health Management team and lead our efforts in developing and delivering outstanding Structural Integrity Products and Services to the customer. You will lead a team of data analysis, software and systems engineers in the US. You will manage a team using advanced data analysis tools for fleet airframe usage tracking/reporting, delivery of formal contractual deliverable reports and the development of software used by our customer to assess in service usage of a number of high value mechanical and electrical systems on the aircraft.
Working closely with Lockheed Martin you will be responsible for development and delivery of highly optimized output, whether data analysis products or software, within a governed Quality Management System. You will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of these products. You will carry out work within an Agile development and deployment framework.
Relationship building, strategic thinking and vision are critical to the success of this role in identifying how we will deliver high quality but affordable products and services as the fleet grows exponentially and keeping our capabilities sold to the customer.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience
+ Knowledge of Data Analysis techniques as applied to large, imperfect datasets
+ Team management/leadership experience including staff recruitment, management of performance and career development
+ Track record of delivery to formal contractual milestones in a high pressure environment
+ Firm grasp of Project Management / Earned Value Management principles with demonstrated application in prior work
+ Ability to support bid and proposal development with sound rationale and a demonstrated record of securing business growth

- Demonstrating Proposal Process expertise and ability to tailor as appropriate, to include guiding proposal team members on proposal processes and procedures
- Establishing and managing proposal schedules and deadlines
- Developing proposal artifacts, such as the proposal outline, compliance matrix, storyboard plan, and delivery plan
- Managing and maintaining the life cycle of content for Proposal Reuse Library
- Tracking and reporting status of proposal sections, to include monitoring proposal content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance while anticipating impacts to schedule and resources
- Conducting regular proposal status meetings, and managing actions to closure
- Ensuring configuration management of all proposal artifacts, utilizing Microsoft SharePoint and similar tools

Position Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive change strategies aligned to program objectives, business outcomes, and change standards that address the unique challenges and opportunities associated with the modernization of the ERP, MES, and PDM systems
* Partner with program leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to align, equip, and activate a coalition/network of change champions, including coaching on roles and best practices to drive desired culture and sustained engagement
* Conduct assessments and synthesize data to measure business readiness and change impacts, defining measurable criteria and recommendations to inform integrated delivery plans that foster buy-in and address resistance
* Design and drive stakeholder engagement and communications activities, ensuring timely, consistent, targeted, and two-way communication across impacted audiences
* Plan, design, and facilitate stakeholder workshops, end-user training, and enablement activities that create practical experiences for knowledge-transfer and capability-building
* Establish and monitor adoption, sentiment, and performance metrics, using data and feedback loops to adjust strategies and accelerate benefits realization
