Come build your career with BAE Systems. The Production Operator will perform complex assembly or modification tasks on electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies and systems. The role will consist the following: Solder through hole, surface mount, jumpers, and complex wiring on circuit card assemblies and other electro-mechanical devices. This work will be done under a microscope. Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans. Inspects results to ensure conformance to IPC-610/620 standards. We are seeking candidates to work 1st for 2nd shift. This position is on a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off! (2nd shift will include an additional 10% shift differential) This is a proactive posting for multiple opportunities that BAE Systems regularly fills.
