Job Description:
This role will help accelerate delivery of key strategic initiatives and support the CRE Strategy Reporting and Retail Portfolio teams. These initiatives will focus on creating transparency into performance metrics and milestones across various CRE operations. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau required; data analytics experience and experience cleaning and blending large, unique datasets required.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in Tableau and Excel is required.
Must have proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL and ETL techniques in tools such as Tableau, MS Power Query, or Alteryx to clean, blend, and automate complex datasets.
In addition to data preparation, the ideal candidate is able to build engaging and informative dashboard views in Tableau.
Candidates should have a mix of technical developer skills and applied analytics skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
Familiarity with Real Estate/Facilities applications such as Archibus, CoStar, and Corrigo a major plus, but definitely not required.
Experience presenting work to leadership-level audiences; polished verbal and written communication skills.
Education/ Experience Required:
End-to-end experience wrangling data and designing dashboards in Tableau is required.
The ideal candidate must have experience cleaning and blending large datasets from multiple, unique sources. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred (Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, etc.). Master's degree preferred.

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Geospatial Analyst to serve as the lead GIS specialist responsible for developing, managing, and evolving an enterprise GIS program. In this role, you will create and maintain high-quality geospatial data, visualizations, applications, and tools that support a wide range of internal stakeholders across the Resort.
You will oversee the GIS enterprise environment and manage geospatial data related to underground utilities, waterways, equipment, and diverse Resort assets. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the geospatial lead for enterprise and project-based initiatives, advocating for spatial requirements and coordinating deliverables with project managers, technical leads, and external vendors.
Manage and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal for ArcGIS) content, including publishing services, troubleshooting issues, and administering users, roles, and sharing permissions.
Design, maintain, and enforce enterprise geodatabase standards, including schema alignment, domains, metadata, and data quality controls.
Build and support automated data workflows using FME, ArcPy, ModelBuilder, Python, SQL, and related ETL tools.
Support project teams by developing Scopes of Work and RFPs for external GIS consulting resources.

Basic Qualifications

You will be a part of a large maintenance team that works closely with our customer and other Serco teams to deliver quality systems on time and on budget. Matt Weber is the senior manager for the team; he possesses many years of experience supporting shipyard modernization and is a Navy veteran. This team has been recognized by the Navy and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract and program.
The PMR is responsible for execution of the Modernization work package and adherence to the Entitled Process production milestones. You will work with the responsible shipyard to understand and identify all jobs that have been accomplished and planned dates for production completion. You then report to NAVSEA 21 the status of work and financial expenditures.
In this role, you will:
Monitor and report (a) MSR and AIT adherence to production and test milestone schedules, (b) financial monitoring and reporting of CNO availability, (c) MSR and/or AIT issues and deconflict with responsible shipyard and sponsoring government agency and, (d) overall condition of ship during the CNO Availability.
Collect, develop, and analyze complex specialized information on modernization production. Serve as a technical advisor to coordinate (via conferences, meetings, correspondence, etc.), the work of many organizations engaged in various equipment-related functions such as supply support, maintenance, and repair. Provide technical data necessary to establish deadlines and phase programs in and out, and to resolve wide-ranging sensitive or potentially difficult issues.

Maintain and comply with security procedures in the performance of duties.

The member would be part of a government and contractor team that is charged with assessing the effectiveness of a suite of technical intelligence collections and analysis programs to satisfy some of the nation's most threatening and intelligent priorities. They will assist with writing final deliverable products for submissions to groups like Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), as well as assistance with organization of multiple working groups, data calls and intelligence.
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with organizational logistics and drafting of an Intelligence Community Analysis of Alternatives.
Present relevant factors (both verbal and written) so that technical information is understood by non-technical end users.
Respond to inquiries from customers, leadership, regulatory agencies, or members of the IC community.
Work with senior management staff to determine and implement specific technical needs and priorities of the organization.
Participate in technical solutions reviews and analysis of alternatives.
Prepare reports and presentations for both senior and technical staff.
Performs other duties as assigned to accomplish mission goals.
Requirements:
Must be a US citizen.
BS in engineering, science or technical degree and 10 or more years of relevant experience.
Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
Knowledge and experience in the application and adaptation of Commercial-Off- the-Shelf (COTS) products to meet government system and CONOP requirements.
Experience drafting technical documents.
Exceptional multitasking and communication skills.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to manage time and resources.

Serco is seeking a Navy Program Military Analyst to work in Washington DC and apply professional talents and subject matter expertise toward development and support of program modeling, briefing materials, budget tracking, and reporting; you will be directly supporting the oversite and management of the NAVSEA PMS 451 DDG Modernization 2.0 program. This multifaceted role combines technical expertise in Navy Data Environment (NDE) and DDG-class ship alteration configuration management with program administration responsibilities. The analyst supports the program office by managing alteration fielding profiles, Ship Change Document (SCD) processes, and Letters of Authorization (LOAs) coordination, while also leading daily operational support services and program administration functions.
You will be a part of a small team that works closely with our customers and other Serco teams to deliver quality systems. Matt Weber is the team manager and has more than 25 years' experience with ships and Fleet introduction and is a Navy veteran.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong knowledge of Navy Data Environment (NDE), including experience with the NDE EM Entitled Process and NDE-NM modules, along with proven skills in configuration management, document control, and ship alteration development oversight for DDG vessels in accordance with Navy Maintenance Planning - Maintenance and Modernization (NMP-MOM) and the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM). Additionally, the role requires coordinating program metrics, developing executive level reports, and engaging in effective stakeholder communication. You will provide high level administrative support to PMS 451 Integration Branch Manager to include understanding of technical and DoD program vocabulary, and a knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures, and people.
In this role, you will:
Manage program's Ship Alterations within the Navy Data Environment (NDE) database, in accordance with NMP-MOM and JFMM Entitled Process and using NDE-NM modules.
Oversee Ship Change Document (SCD) development for new program alterations, track modification status, and validate compliance with Navy technical and regulatory standards and help maintain configuration control.
Coordinate efforts to prepare, review, and issue Letters of Authorization (LOAs) certifying alterations meet required standards prior to fielding.
Oversee daily operations of clerical, administrative, and logistical support functions for assigned program branch.
Establish and maintain work procedures and standards to enhance efficiency and compliance with client expectations.
Support program leadership through developing executive-level briefing materials, and monitoring program metrics.
Distribute meeting agendas, briefing materials, and reports to ensure clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
Attend recurring and emergent meetings; develop meeting minutes, action items, and coordinate follow-ups with stakeholders.
Support action item and milestone planning and tracking, project planning and progress, and program metrics establishment and tracking.
Assist in maintaining program integration schedules to align project deliverables across teams and contractors.
Ensure quality control of Program documents and deliverables.
Provide guidance on administrative procedures, organizational policies, and program processes to staff and leadership.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
An Active DoD Govt Issued Secret Clearance.
A Bachelor's degree plus 5-7 years' directly relevant work experience.
In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 9 years applicable work experience.

This is an opportunity to support the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) at the operational edge, delivering geospatial intelligence that directly informs real world missions, decisions, and outcomes for U.S. military and government partners.
As a Geospatial Analyst Deployer, you will use satellite imagery, terrain data, and other geospatial sources to create timely maps, graphics, and analytical products that directly support operational planning, targeting, and situational awareness. Requirements:

Experience applying Activity Based Intelligence and Pattern of Life analysis to identify behaviors, detect change, and inform operational decision making
Experience supporting counterterrorism, counter narcotics, or counter threat finance missions
Proficiency with GEOINT tools and software (e.g., ArcGIS, RemoteView, SocetGXP, QT Modeler, IEC) and a strong foundation in GIS, digital cartography, imagery analysis, remote sensing, and geospatial production techniques
Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, JavaScript) to automate workflows or enhance geospatial analysis
Experience conducting Helicopter Landing Zone (HLZ), Slope, Line of Sight, or Viewshed analysis to support operational planning and mission execution
