You could always rely on management to make the right decisions

some assemblers didn't have the experience needed to work on certain aspects of the electronical industry, or didn't care enough to learn more skills

The pay is good. The benefits are also ok. This will make it hard to be able to find a job later if you want to better your career.

Terrible communication from leadership to wage. It is also very hard to talk to people in upper management due to the fact they aren't around during the work day.

There is a gym at the facility. It is currently shut down due to covid-19, but it is a nice addition not having to pay for a membership.
