The Night Operations Team Lead strives to meet store and night operation team goals ordering, stocking and merchandising products for general department shelves, displays and merchandisers. Responsibilities: A Night Operations Team Lead is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. A Night Operations Team Lead's responsibilities include: Directing night crew personnel, meeting general department & rsquo service level and merchandising goals and objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in heavy civil, mining, or related field of expertise preferred. 15+ years of construction planning or project scheduling experience, preferably within heavy civil, mining, manufacturing, or industrial environments. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Internship Opportunity - Heavy Civil Construction We are seeking motivated interns to join our heavy civil construction team. This role provides hands-on experience supporting large-scale projects while working alongside experienced professionals in the field. Interns will assist with project coordination, technical reviews, safety monitoring, and communication with multiple stakeholders, including owners, design partners, subcontractors, and field crews. Key Duties and Responsibilities * Instill Safety as a top priority. * Support a team of construction coworkers. * Build relationships and communicate with coworkers, owners, design partners, and subcontractors. * Review and draft technical submittals such as schedules, shop drawings, work plans, etc. * Monitoring quality control, safety, and environmental programs. * Understand and assist with project layout. * Identify critical work items and procure long-lead items. * Assist with contract administration, including budget and change procedures. * Assist with material procurement, including logistics. * Work together to resolve field problems and conflicts with subcontractors, suppliers, and the workforce. * Maintaining as-built drawings & manuals.
