What You Will Do
* Perform or serves as team leader in assembling complex and interrelated financial analyses and reports.
* Serve as team leader in the compilation, analysis, presentation and monitoring of the consolidated annual budget for the site.
* Develop and presents sophisticated financial models to assist in tactical and strategic planning for the site.
* Analyze financial operations and recommend enhancements to policies or procedures; reviews and recommends new or enhanced automated financial systems.
* Oversee and assists in audit preparation by developing required schedules and reconciliation reports; monitor and develop monthly reports of revenues and expenditures for regular and special projects.

Description
Under general supervision, provides project management support, construction management support, cost and schedule analysis, reporting, and general project controls support.
Provides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult project control problems through various methods such as using industry related technical knowledge, designing innovative short cuts, and reviewing engineering alternatives.
Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts status against an established baseline schedule. Understands the construction methodology and can identify potential issues and impacts and propose corrective actions.
Assess the impact(s) of design or construction changes and associated cost growth and/or schedule slippages. Evaluates proposed process improvements, requests for information (RFIs), and differing site conditions for impacts to the project in terms of cost and/or schedule.
Utilizes knowledge and experience to track the progress of deliverables, and coordinate submittal and reviews with the project manager, project team members and any other stakeholders as directed by his/her supervisor.
Review contractor equipment logs, time sheets, supplier invoices and contracts to check that equipment and personnel are being utilized as specified.
Review contractor schedules for accuracy and alignment with the overall master schedule. Reviews project documents, including design sets, to determine project milestones and sequencing and validate that the construction schedules comply with the project documents.
Assist in processing of project change notices and reporting of changes through Freeport's Change Management System.
Assist in compilation of all weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the project.
Perform other duties as required.
Understands and applies engineering, procurement and construction terminology, concepts and relationships to the scope of work and ensures adherence to safety and quality standards.
Validate the reported progress percentage based on the rules of credit established within the project with the contractors through spot checks of the design documents and/or construction progress.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

Position Summary
The Document Controls Specialist is responsible for managing a large volume of incoming and outgoing construction documents at the project site to ensure operations run safely, smoothly, and effectively. Essential Functions
* Work collaboratively with Project Managers and Project Engineers to issue various submittals and requests for information (RFIs) to the client.
* Manage numbering and filing systems for project documents such as work plans, material data, survey data, non-conformance reports, presentations, meeting minutes, agendas, requests for information, etc.
* Maintain detailed logs of incoming and outgoing documents.
* Facilitate timely internal and external document reviews.
* Format documents as needed for consistency and professionalism.
* Download, file, distribute, and maintain a high volume of complex incoming construction documents such as plans, specs, material take-offs, design files, etc.
* Prepare and distribute agendas and meeting minutes.
* Communicate effectively with clients, external third parties, internal team members, and leadership.
* Prepare clear, timely, and useful reports for both internal and external parties.
* Enforce document control procedures and standards.
* Prepare and update various internal and external document templates.
* Monitor and maintain office supply inventory and place office orders.

Qualifications

* May assist with training and mentoring of other equipment operators

* Responsible for understanding equipment components and practices that reduce component damage and wear
* May be asked to assist with project work that may include: establishing ramps, establishing pioneer work in non-active mining locations, establishing and maintaining reclamation tailings slopes, and establishing and maintaining reclamation stockpile slopes
* May perform operations support activities such as barricading shovels and assisting with power cable moves
* Communicates through computer dispatching system or two-way radio
* Performs pre-shift inspection of equipment
* May perform minor maintenance activities

What You Bring To Freeport
* Two (2) years of mobile equipment operating experience
* Must have completed academic and practical competencies required (this includes Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where LOP Exists) and have experience demonstrating the required aptitude. The selected candidate shall demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge and skills while also passing a written assessment where required. This exam is based on skills/abilities and/or academic knowledge; as well as safety.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
* High School diploma or GED and five years of related operational experience, including supervisory or lead experience, OR

What You Will Do
* Contribute and/or lead a team to develop all phases of design, re-design, systems failure analysis and prevention or other design functions within an appropriate time and cost.
* Lead projects and serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on large/complex mine site Engineering projects, which may include the development of new or modification to existing systems and processes, including the responsibility of approving work from other Engineering disciplines
* Provide support to maintenance department by leading a Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) program
* Serve as Project Engineering Leader to develop and author Engineering reports such as concept design, feasibility studies, alternative analysis, failure analysis and prevention, safe work practice, procedural manuals and final design documents
* Develop and evaluate AFEs (Authorization for Expenditure) for capital funding requirements
* Evaluate and administer contracts, provisions of services and equipment, perform strategic planning and budgeting
* Perform planning, scheduling and economic analysis
* May supervise front/line or technical employees
* Use design computer software such as AutoCAD, SAP, Microsoft Project and Pipe2010
* Evaluate and implement new methods and techniques for operational improvement and benchmark other operations for continuous improvement alternatives

What You Bring To Freeport

CMI is seeking an experienced Site Safety Officer (SHO) to support a mining project in Bagdad, Arizona. This is a high-priority, immediate-need position for a 3-6 month assignment at an active mine site.
Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with MSHA and site-specific safety standards
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
Lead site-specific safety orientations and toolbox talks
Collaborate with site leadership to proactively mitigate risks
Maintain documentation of incidents, near misses, and corrective actions
Support daily operations while promoting a strong safety culture
Qualifications:
Current MSHA certifications | required
OSHA 30 Construction certification
Demonstrated experience in mining or heavy industrial construction environments
Strong working knowledge of federal and state mining safety regulations

Under general supervision, supervises, coordinates and controls the safe and efficient operation of an assigned work unit through subordinate supervisors.
* Ensures continued operations of production shifts through execution of the production plan and schedules
* Provides operations input for production and maintenance planning

Qualifications
