All our merchandisers are on an as needed basis. *Please understand this, I'd hate to waste your time. Most of our work is considered project work, consisting mostly of jobs that take 1 hour to complete. The exception is when we have resets or other jobs that require more time in the store.
Merchandisers who work for SRS (Strategic Retail Solutions) are the heart and soul of our company. Our Merchandisers are well-rounded and have experience in all phases of merchandising, to include but not limited to, audits, building racks and displays, resets (both shelf and pegboard work) pull & plugs, POP/POS placement & planogram implementation and maintenance. They use their friendly, outgoing personalities to build strong store relationships while meeting the needs of our clients.

The Autonomous Mining System Coordinator is responsible for implementing the mine model for MineStar Command for Hauling, while providing effective support to other personnel, including the Autonomous Mining Controls Specialist and Autonomous Mining Pit Technicians. The Autonomous Mining System Coordinator will work to manage the mine model, review system operations, ensure data quality, troubleshoot, and maintaining onboard files.
* Ensures accurate completion of documentation and data entry where necessary. Troubleshoots assignments, communications issues and escalates issues that cannot be resolved. Monitors operations/processes and system performance to ensure key performance indicators are met.
* Prioritize work to meet shift objectives. Follow specific operating procedures. Complete and validate shift reports, shift handover and document all issues requiring follow up.
* Ensure prompt communication with affected parties when plans or decisions are modified. Ensure communication with peers, supervision and other employees contribute to safe and collaborative working relationships. Description
Highly skilled mechanic who safely perform diagnostic, maintenance and repair of pump systems and associated equipment.
* Troubleshoot and perform the removal, repair and installation of pumps, pipelines, fire water systems, interceptor wells, potable water systems, hydraulic systems and their associated parts.
* Perform mechanical and lubrication preventative maintenance on pumping systems by checking bearings "grease and purge", motor temp, coupling temp, adjusting packing, checking for visual and vibration signs of breakdown ext.
* Prioritize and make decisions regarding equipment repair as needed.
* Responsible for maintaining work orders and performing work area inspections.
* Train and mentor other employees.
* Perform advanced welding (Stick, Mig, Intershield, Drisco Fusion) and fabrication of brackets, headers and other related components.
* May operate equipment such as: trucks, bobcats, forklifts, mobile cranes, backhoes, loaders, road graders, and small mobile equipment.
* Act as a Fill-in Supervisor as required.
* Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
* Two (2) years' experience in mechanical/maintenance crafts (including welder, boilermaker, machinist or facility maintenance/construction) or a combination of education and experience in industrial mechanical repair and maintenance.
* Must have completed academic and practical competencies required (this includes Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where LOP Exists) and have experience demonstrating the required mechanical aptitude.
* Valid Driver's License
* FPM Diagnostic Mechanic I: The selected candidate shall demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge and technical skills while achieving 35% score on a written assessment where required. Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with MSHA and site-specific safety standards
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
Lead site-specific safety orientations and toolbox talks
Collaborate with site leadership to proactively mitigate risks

Qualifications:
