Durgaprasad (DP) is the Co-founder, Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bahwan CyberTek (BCT) Group. He oversees the strategic directions, operations and business development of the company while spearheading the development of IP products, pioneering large global digital transformation engagements and envisioning the accelerated growth for the company.

DP, characterized as an Executive Entrepreneur and a people’s person with a passion to create new markets, has been instrumental in Bahwan CyberTek Group’s distinguished position in the global IT arena. With a blend of strategic long-term vision and an eye on operational short-term goals, he has created nine subsidiaries and three Joint Ventures - JV with DHL (Bahwan-DHL), Oman Government (Infoline), TelBru (Comquest) - with multiple business initiatives across USA, ME, India and Far East - that have delivered more than a billion and a quarter USD in revenues over the last 10+ years of being in business. His thought leadership initiative between Bahwan CyberTek and the global major DHL, to form a 4th Party Logistics (4PL) organization for Petroleum Development Oman (Shell Subsidiary) is the first of its kind in the Middle East region.

His keen interest in ensuring international quality standards steers Bahwan CyberTek to pursue the highest quality certifications and was one among the elite early adaptors among a group of the first 50 IT companies in the world to be assessed at CMMi Level 5, Version 1.3.

In Nov 2017, BCT was featured as a Stanford case study titled “The evolution of Bahwan CyberTek and its journey beyond 2017”. DP was ranked among the top 30 business leaders in Oman and among the top 100 most influential CEO’s of Oman for several years in running, besides was conferred the Distinguished Alumnus Award by Anna University in 2017. In September of 2018, the Oman Economic Review recognized DP as “One of the Most Powerful CEOs” in Oman.

Balaji Sundaram, as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) for BCT, is responsible for driving BCT's global sales and devising strategic initiatives and is responsible for growing BCT’s revenue streams. Balaji, earlier, was the Chief Operating Officer for North America and was responsible for formulating, planning and execution of growth strategies to expand BCT's business in the North America region. The growth focus is around building long term customer relationships leveraging BCT's Cuecent range of products, solutions and services. Balaji Sundaram brings over 20 years of experience in Sales, Business Development and Operations. As a founding member of BCT, Balaji was instrumental in establishing BCT's business in North America and building a reputation of delivering highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence. A firm believer of Teamwork, he has built a strong leadership team to support BCT's growth objectives in North America. Prior to BCT, Balaji served as a Sales Manager for HCL Infosystems in their Southern Indian operations. In this role, he drove business for HCL's IT products and services from leading corporate establishments in India. He has won a number of awards and recognitions for his role in winning large and prestigious deals for HCL during his tenure. Balaji holds a post graduate degree in Electronics Engineering from Anna University, Chennai and a graduate degree in Mathematics from Chennai University. He has participated in Kellog's School of Management's program on ''Energizing people for performance''. He is based out of BCT's Global Headquarters in Chennai, India.

Chetan Desai is a Chief Operating Officer at Bahwan Cyber Tek Inc and is based in California. He attended Purdue University between 1994 and 1996 and L.D. College Of Engineering between 1989 and 1993.

Chandrasekar Timiri Parameswaran (Chandra) is the Head of Internal Audit and also heads the Governance and Risk functions. Chandra holds additional responsibility for facilitating key initiatives driven by the CEO and works closely with the rest of the leadership team in accelerating growth and supporting change management.

Before joining BCT, Chandra has held various leadership positions in Audit and Risk in several institutions, such as Citibank, JP Morgan and Arab Banking Corporation, to name a few. In a career spanning about 25 years across various continents, Chandra has worked with senior ‘C’ suite executives Board members and Business Heads.

Chandra started his career with KPMG where he was the lead auditor for several multinational banks. His experience includes working in Statutory Audits, Internal Audit, Due diligence reviews, Fraud Investigations, Corporate Governance Consulting, Risk Management, Compliance and Program Management.

Chandra is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India and is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA, US). He is an active member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has held several offices in various overseas chapters.

Chandrasekar TP is a Chief Risk Officer & Chief Audit Executive at Bahwan Cyber Tek Inc and is based in Singapore. He has worked as Vice President at J.P. Morgan; Head of Treasury, Credit & Operations Audit, Internal Audit at Al Khalij Commercial Bank (al khaliji) P.Q.S.C.; and Senior Auditor at KPMG US. Chandrasekar attended Institute of internal Auditors, USA between 2013 and 2014; Madras university between 1984 and 1987; and Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 1988 and 1993.

K Swaminathan are a Chief Delivery & Wellness Officer at Bahwan Cyber Tek Inc and are based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. They have worked as Director at KPMG US and IBM Automation Solution and Offerings Leader- Asia Pacific at INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES CORP. K attended Information Systems Audit and Control Association between 1993 and 1993; St. Xavier's College between 1978 and 1981; and SIES College of Arts, Science & Commerce SION(W).

With two decades of experience in the IT sector, Raj drives BCT global footprint expansion and pursuing strategic opportunities. He is part of the Corporate Office which is instrumental in identifying and nurturing growth engines for new & existing geographic. Prior to BCT, Raj had been with Tier 1 System Integrator companies in India and Technology Firms in US in various capacities and had handled Product and Services development and implementation. He has successfully delivered large IT projects with some of them ranging from 100 to 200+ person years. Raj holds a Master Degree in Finance from Pondicherry University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics from MIT, Chennai. He is a certified PMP, a trained Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified Global Business Leader from U21 Singapore.

With professional experience spanning over 28 years, Chandy plays the key role of BCT's CIO, working towards streamlining, strengthening and formulating processes and strategies on using technologies for information availability and accessibility. Chandy has spent 14+ years in building Enterprise Applications Services Practice across organizations. He headed the Enterprise SAP Practice of Satyam and built Zenzar’s Enterprise Practice across Oracle, SAP, BI/DW areas. Chandy has been instrumental in setting up and managing IT department in end user organizations, building Enterprise Applications Services Practices, Business Leader for Asia Pacific, Establishing Systems & Procedures, Managing Pre-sales and Delivery Centre. He has handled multiple end- to-end implementations of large scale ERP projects. Prior to joining BCT, Chandy was the CIO for Greenfield Automotive site Daimler India establishing systems for the entire manufacturing organization and Business Applications like Order-to-supply (SAP Logistics & Operations), SAP Financial System, Manufacturing Engineering and Global R&D Applications support. He has also worked with HCL Hewlett-Packard, Hero Motors and Hindustan Petroleum. Chandy is a regular speaker in Chennai NASSCOM Chapter and NASSCOM Engineering Summits on Cloud Computing, ERP Implementations and the changing role of IT department. He is also a Panel member for CIO Magazine, Chennai CII chapter. Chandy is a Mechanical Engineer (Hons) from College of Engineering Guindy, India, and has done his PG in Industrial Engineering from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai, India.
