Provide clear guidance on program rules, responsibilities, and expectations. Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and applicable local, state, and federal requirements. Maintain accurate electronic and paper records, documentation, and correspondence. Deliver high-quality, outcome-focused customer service. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Perform additional duties as assigned related to program administration. Position Requirements: Associate's degree in Business, Sociology, Communications, Community Relations, or a related field(or an equivalent combination of education and experience). Minimum of 2 years of experience in social services, housing programs, or a related administrative role. Experience interpreting and applying HUD policies is required. Strong proficiency in business math, including percentages, fractions, and subsidy calculations. Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
