Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the store. Communicate effectively with the Sales Supervisor and Retail Operations leadership regarding store needs, performance updates, and customer feedback / insights. Step into a leadership role during peak hours and busy seasons to maintain efficiency and a positive customer experience. This individual will be responsible for meeting key performance indicators and held to those standards in partnership with their Sales Supervisor Qualifications: Minimum of 12 months of experience in a retail or customer service role. Prior leadership experience is a plus. Passion for customer service and ability to create meaningful guest interactions. Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.
