Duties & Responsibilities:
* Complete required daily production sheets and report any discrepancies.
* Complete daily production within the hours scheduled to complete the task.
* Complete all finishing tasks (filling, glazing, frosting, etc) as set by the schedule.
* Assist in keeping inventory records and report any waste.
* Neatly pack delivery totes by following invoice totals.
* Ensure delivery totals are accurate to the invoices and product arrives in fresh & attractive appearance.
* Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation through all parts of the preparation process.
* Assist in ordering and receiving foodservice products utilizing inventory ordering guidelines
* Maintain Honey Dew specifications for portions and presentation.

A. Kitchen Production:
* Responsible for the preparation, execution, and overall production of desserts and baked goods for patients, catering events, and the cafeteria.

* Ensures that the proper amounts of desserts and baked goods are produced according to the menus and manages daily production sheets in accordance with standardized recipes and preparation methods, portion control, time schedules, special diets, texture-modified desserts, and texture needs.

What You'll Do:

We are seeking a Bread Baker to join the team at our busy bakery! In this role, you will prepare a variety of breads and pastries. You will be responsible for opening the bakery in the morning and prepping for the day ahead. The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience and a passion for creating delicious breads and pastries. Duties and Responsibilities:
Open the bakery and prepare for the day ahead
Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
Bake a variety of breads, cakes, and pastries
Prepare custom orders
Check orders of bread and pizza
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred
Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
Knowledge of food safety practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Team player
Available for early morning shifts
