We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor that supervises warehouse leads and warehouse associates while promoting positive associate relations and ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and quality. This position will be a key-carrying associate that is responsible for securing and locking the building at the end of the shift. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and direct all warehouse associates in performing job duties. Oversee all outgoing shipments. Inventory track all supplies used in the warehouse. Enforce, develop and maintain safe working practices for all associates. Develop and train warehouse associates and leads in their respective work areas, including providing guidance and input on associate career development. Train associates in forklift operations and safety practices. Counsel warehouse associates and leads and implement or make recommendations on disciplinary actions as necessary Conduct performance reviews and other periodic performance feedback. Make recommendations on hiring and firing of warehouse leads and associates. Schedule and track PTO, leaves, etc. Review associate time punches in ADP. Lock and secure the building at the end of the shift. This position is primarily responsible for directly supervising warehouse associates. Other duties as assigned. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook. Must have one year of Inventory Control Experience. Must have ERP, MRP or WMS related experience. Sage X3 experience preferred. We are looking for a Production Lead III that oversees all aspects of the production line and support areas. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assembly Floor: Work on the line in a position where all other line associates may be monitored/directed Ensure staffing levels and throughput levels are achieved/ maintained. Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) by all associates. Train associates to be proficient in multiple positions. Conduct daily and weekly safety meetings with all associates. Rotate associates for cross-training throughout the shift. Help complete Incident Reports and participate in accident investigation as needed. Work with AVT technician (Actual versus theoretical) review paperwork to understand when component porting is out of compliance Monitor Units per Minute measurements against targets in RedZone to assure production line is meeting expectations around throughput. Packaging: Read Packaging specifications to determine pallet configuration (stacking) and confirm stacking meets expectations. Coordinate builder pallet program (Half pallet program). ERP / OEE system: Track sliced meats. Facilitate proper use of OEE (Redzone) Tablet to include starting a shift, monitoring hourly metrics, assigning problem codes and sending chats. Track labor in X3 and input information in COGS when work order is complete. Miscellaneous: Ensure products are built properly per customer standards. Notify QA if any foreign objects are found on the components during the production run. Coach and lead other Packaging Technicians and Production Line Workers. Able to implement SK Food Group Emergency action plan. Complete Micro holds / Allergen matrix. Other duties as assigned. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. SUMMARY The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling proactive maintenance work in coordination with maintenance resources and production needs and is also responsible for managing spare parts for the department. This includes the physical storeroom organization, parts data management and buying. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Scheduling: Communicate with Operations and Maintenance, to coordinate production and maintenance schedules. Create documented schedule of maintenance jobs each period, based on work priority, asset availability and skill/availability of personnel. Distribute finalized maintenance schedules to all departments prior to each schedule period. Update scheduling standard process and practices based on feedback from the maintenance team. Ensure the implementation of the overall Maintenance Strategy by aligning maintenance PM schedules with business plans to meet short and long-term requirements. Monitor maintenance schedule attainment, PM on time completion and prepare Maintenance KPI reports. Coordinate with Planner on PM schedule adjustments or on new PM procedure initial schedule set up. Coordinate scheduling of and on-site direction for 3rd party contractors. Spare Parts Storeroom Leadership: Leads and supports the Maintenance Clerk with stocking decisions, reactive maintenance response and maintaining parts inventory. Create and update maintenance spare parts storage processes and procedures. Ensure that maintenance parts inventory is accurate and that storage areas are secure, organized, and clean. Ensure consumed stocked items are replenished and remain available. Order parts and obtain part prices / availability as required for non-stocked items as needed from both reactive and proactive work. Work with maintenance leadership and use documented criteria to ensure good decisions on stocking new parts. Provide support on reactive maintenance as needed including parts delivery, parts searching and expedited ordering. Look for opportunities to improve pricing and services from suppliers and 3rd party service providers. Improve and maintain parts inventory Master Data in the CMMS. Interface with project teams on new capital projects as required, providing recommendations on spare part decisions. Other: Train and Coach Maintenance team members on CMMS usage, scheduling processes and storeroom procedures. Other duties as assigned. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in CMMS entry and management preferred. Ability to effectively handle multiple, concurrent projects requiring judgment and initiative. Proficiency using CMMS, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ensure pre-operation sanitation inspection runs smoothly, ensuring the facility is ready for production in a timely manner; verify sanitation is effective by reviewing swab samples for micro-testing. Analyze trends for low performing areas during sanitation and identify improvement opportunities. Monitor chemical mixes ensuring correct dilution, and fix when variances occur. Monitor associate labor hours, ensure efficiency in task completion. Review associate time punches in ADP. Maintain sanitation equipment in good condition, complete purchase requisitions when necessary. Initiate new procedures as determined by facility food-safety requirements. Communicate efficiently and effectively between departments; request assistance from other departments when necessary. Undertake annual assessment of all SSOPs and update these documents; participate in self-audits. Conduct monthly usage audits of chemical cleaning agents, and monitor par inventory levels performing inventory counts. Complete purchase requisitions for chemical acquisition. Enforce, develop, and maintain safe working practices for all associates. Schedule and track PTO, leaves, etc. Lock and secure the building as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. QUALIFICATIONS: Associate degree or higher; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified in Meat & Poultry HACCP. Certified in Seafood HACCP. Seafood Inspection Program. Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience in preparing HACCP and SSOP Manuals. Fluently bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred. Moderate mechanical skills a plus. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: • Cleans office areas, including but not limited to trash removal, vacuuming, disinfecting, sweeping, organizing, general upkeep. • Cleans bathroom facilities including disinfecting, cleaning toilets, sweeping and mopping of floors, changing soap and paper towel dispensers. • Cleans the cafeteria including sweeping, mopping, changing paper-towel, maintaining an organized appearance. • Cleans production floor/slicing area/kitchen and dish-washing room including, but not limited to: o Applying diluted chlorinated foaming chemicals. o Moving floor mats and trash can. o Foaming of conveyors, machinery, walls, floors, drains & utensils. o Rinsing said areas and applying a sanitizing agent using an overhead dispensing system. o Drying the floor using floor squeegees. o Recognizing the color-coordinated system by which cleaning utensil used within the production area are distinguished from those used outside. • Disposes of food-wastes into dumpster/trash compactor. o Operates trash compactor and cardboard bailer safely. o Disposes meat-wastes safely. • Cleans and dries fans and ceiling in production area with the use of extending poles. • Operates mobile-sanitation units (hand applying from mix-stations on mobile carts). • Handles pre-diluted and non-diluted chemicals safely. • Cleans cooler areas including sweeping and mopping. • Works in areas with electric/electronic equipment safely. • Understands where to find information in case of a chemical spill/chemical contact. • Conducts the following weekly or monthly, depending on SSOP and work realities: o Operates working with scissor-lift for detailed cleaning of ceiling, light fixtures and fans. o Sweeps and mops warehouse area. o Cleans warehouse racking/piping, light fixtures, floors, and walls. • Other duties as assigned.
