You may act in the absence of the Administrator if necessary.
You will adhere to and establish financial goals and budgetary guidelines for the Wellness Department.
You will remain abreast of current State regulations and Nurse Practice Acts and compliance with regulatory processes, such as State, OSHA, and EPA, assisting the community in continued compliance with the policies and procedures of Compass Senior Living, including those as outlined in the Quality Counts Policy and Procedure Manual.
