Remote work
I didn't find leadership particularly strong at managing the business side of things. From my perspective, poor choices were repeatedly made with how they'd invest in the business and I repeatedly witnessed compensation cuts (though to be fair I believe it was across the board). This cycle led to the loss of key contributors, which made it all the more difficult to recover.

When you're on their good side, feel totally supported - particularly important when the workload is heavy and compensation has not recovered.
I don't know...it's pretty hard with such a small team. I'd like to say anonymous feedback, but I think it could be figured out.
