Pros of working at Baker Hughes, a GE

Good 401k matching, some people are pleasant to work with.

Cons of working at Baker Hughes, a GE

Low salary, terrible HR, sourcing and IT functions. Work life balance is bad. Working long hours is common. Leadership is only looking out for themselves. Very rare to meet genuine and helpful people to work with. Toxic work environment.
