If you are anything field Service related, Baker is actively trying to remove you from the cost equation. Where once Baker hands were well paid, management is trying to get it down to entry level. Most managers (in the US anyway) will block any advancement.

Nothing. They don't care about the customer or the people only how they look in social media

Hire managers who know why Baker became what they were and execute to those standards, not try to be another Halliburton or Schlumberger. At this point both of those companies are better choices. Only slightly beating out going to prison
