As a Wireline Field Operator, you will be fully competent in all aspects of operator duties at the well site and at the shop, can maintain the unit and perform all pre-job duties, well-site operations and post-job duties, as well as training of junior operators.
As a Wireline Field Operator, you will be responsible for:
Preparing for jobs and performing tool maintenance, pre-job and post- job tool checkout.
Rigging-up and rigging-down equipment at the well site.
Servicing mechanical devices and building logging cable heads
Perforating cable heads and maintenance on the tools
Maintaining well site/DOT records and communications as required by District Manager
Promoting and maintaining good customer relations
Receiving instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on well site activity
Performing basic duties at the well site and at the shop
Driving company vehicles in a safe manner while observing company and government regulations
Participating in quality improvement efforts for ballistics operations
Supervising and train other Field Operators while maintaining a high level of safety awareness at the well site
Performing other related duties as required

Have high school diploma or equivalent education
Have strong mechanical aptitude
Must be able to drive a manual (stick shift) vehicle and have a class A or B CDL with Hazmat endorsement or You must successfully pass the Company's driving test on a manual (stick shift) vehicle and obtain your Class A or B CDL and/or Hazmat Endorsement withing 6 months of employment.
Have ability to work and communicate well with customers and employees
Have ability to work on-call 24x7 and flexibility to work at well sites for extended periods of time

**About the role**
The Wellfield Technician is responsible for the overall safe operation, maintenance, and performance of a landfill gas wellfield.
Key accountabilities
+ Responsible for the operation of the wellfield during the assigned shift in the most efficient and productive method to maintain compliance with the site-specific Title V Operating Permit, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and prescribed safety and environmental standards as well as compliance with applicable state, federal and local rules, and regulations.
+ Maintains daily logs and obtains readings in accordance with prescribed standards.
+ Follows all plant and landfill safety policies and procedures. Uses required personal protective equipment at all times and performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner. (safety shoes, safety vest, hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, chemical protection and H2S monitoring equipment).
+ Maintains a clean workspace including the plant building, control room, rest room, break room and grounds.
+ Writes routine reports and correspondence.
+ Performs landfill tuning duties by recording and storing data as required.
+ Adjusts/tunes wellfield as required to maximize gas quantity and quality.
+ Maintains wellfield data base and associated logs to meet regulatory and corporate compliance requirements.
+ Documents wellhead readings, coordinates, communicates, and verifies corrective actions in order to maintain continuous compliance.

**About the role**
The Operations Technician is responsible for the overall safe operation, maintenance, and performance of a landfill gas to Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) processing facility. Travel requirement will reduce to 25% per month when working at an existing plant or in year 2 and beyond for a new plant).
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Manage the safe operation of the plant during assigned shift in the most efficient and productive method to maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and prescribed safety and environmental standards.
+ Make periodic inspections of plant equipment to determine proper and normal operating conditions. Check and record operational data such as fluid levels, temperatures and pressures, compare to trends and have the ability to make corrections as needed.
+ Review daily operating reports and other records to ensure specified operating characteristics in control of the plant equipment.
+ Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on plant instrumentation and equipment.
+ Detect and correct faulty and malfunctioning mechanical and electrical components, devices and equipment.

Job Duties and Qualifications
* Under direct supervision, performs necessary calculations for fluids quality verification at the wellsite as needed.
* Performs equipment rig up and rig down on a location and prepares equipment for performing a job.
* Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed.
* Responsible for pre-blending fluid systems operations and management of the chemical inventory at the wellsite.
* Responsible for fluids quality during the delivery of services in accordance with the customer's job design and KPIs.
* Performs data collection and data distribution on jobs as needed.
* Coordinates the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
* Utilizes competency processes to enhance employee skills development and job performance.
* Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions.
* Must be knowledgeable of HMS and HSE standards.
* Promotes and contributes safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
* Promotes and takes an active part in quality and continuous improvement processes.
* Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.
Qualifications:
* Must have High school diploma or equivalent education
* Skills are acquired through one year of experience and completion of required competencies at current and next level.
* Must have Class A CDL licensure
* Must have a satisfactory driver record with no DWI/DUI convictions in the past three years or any current DWI/DUI charges
