This role ensures equipment runs efficiently and safely, while maintaining product quality and adhering to production schedules. Key Responsibilities: Set up, start, and operate manufacturing equipment according to specifications. Monitor equipment performance, identify issues, and make basic adjustments to ensure proper operation. Perform routine checks, inspections, and preventive maintenance on machines. Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products. Record production data such as quantities produced, machine settings, and downtime. Follow all safety and quality control protocols. Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production status, issues, or maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with equipment changeovers and troubleshooting as needed. Report any mechanical failures or safety concerns immediately.
