COMPENSATION
This is a full-time exempt position with a starting salary range projected to be $165,000 to $185,000. Salary considerations include relevant, demonstrated experience, budget, internal equity, and reference checks. Utah Clean Energy's benefits package includes company-paid health insurance, 403(b) retirement plan contributions, life and long-term disability insurance coverage, paid leave (vacation, sick, holiday, parental and family), paid sabbatical program, and a hybrid work environment that supports strong work-life harmony.

Independently operates motor vehicles including straight-in-line trucks which typically have an approximate GVWR of more the 32,000 pounds, or truck tractors with semi-trailers or full trailers. Vehicles operated may include snowplow trucks, platform trucks, stake trucks, dump trucks, or trash removal trucks. Vehicles are operated on interstate highways, winding roads, and steep grades. Manipulate dual braking system to prevent the semi-trailer or trailer from jackknifing. Maneuver vehicles within close tolerances when driving and backing over uneven ground and in narrow or congested areas, and between buildings and other vehicles. Select the safest, most direct, and legally allowed route to be followed, and identifies alternative routes if emergency situations arise. Perform operator maintenance on all vehicles operated including fluid levels, lights, brakes and operational procedures, greasing moving parts, changing oil, fuel and air filters, cleaning and washing vehicles, and minor repairs. The Appraisal Review Manager selected for this opportunity will be working within Real Estate Technical Services to support daily operations across multiple teams. Responsibilities:
The Appraisal Review Manager is responsible for the residential appraisal review area and serves as liaison, efficiency expert and problem-solver between loan production and the residential Appraisal Review Department.
Participates in the automation of the appraisal procurement, review, scoring and system monitoring process to ensure industry "best practices" and provide a competitive advantage.
Manages the daily operations, focusing on increasing reliability, accuracy and efficiencies relating to procurement and review of residential real estate appraisals for consumer and mortgage lending, across all regions.
May be required to perform appraisal reviews.
Develops, administers, and manages the training of the appraisal review specialists, for both direct reports and applicable bank staff.
Manages the consumer and mortgage lending "appraisal dispute" function for consumer and mortgage lending customers.

Qualifications:

Job Description
Prepare food according to established specifications and standardized recipes. Inspect equipment, cold meats, seafood, and produce to ensure product quality standards are met. Maintain inventory levels and order stock. Monitor rotation, storage, and quantity controls.

Qualifications
One (1) year of experience as a prep cook preferred.
Must have a working knowledge of the production of a limited number of recipes in assigned food outlet while working under minimal supervision.
Must be able to stand and/or walk for approximately 90% of shift.
Must be able to lift, carry and maneuver up to 75 pounds.
Other physical requirements of the position include but are not necessarily limited to reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting at the waist.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
