The Baker is responsible for producing the full lineup of Marczyks signature, scratch-made breads and sweets alongside a dynamic and diverse set of crew members. A Marczyk Baker must be able to diligently meet all production demands while maintaining the highest quality standards for execution, professionalism, and teamwork. The bakery day is broken into two shifts of early morning and afternoon slots. While experience is always appreciated, we hire for attitude and aptitude while training for excellence.
