About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Baker to join our Baking department at our Fresh Baguette Germantown production center, 19548 Amaranth Drive Germantown, MD 20874. This full-time, hourly position is perfect for someone ready to dive into the world of professional baking. As a Baker, you will play a key role in preparing delicious bread and baked goods while maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fast learner and team player who is punctual, reliable, and eager to grow in a collaborative environment.
This is an entry-level position. You will receive proper training from our professional bakers who know the ins and outs of handcrafting high-quality artisanal organic breads.
What You'll Do
Work in a team environment to follow recipes and standard operating procedures.
