11. Complete the schedule of values during the billing cycle and review with the Division Manager and accounting for billing.
12. Coordinate the submission of all close-out documentation as required by the General Contractor

Timely submission of all invoices
Establishes and maintains relationships with all project participants and communicates schedule revisions to all appropriate parties
Establishes and maintains all project-specific information systems
Coordinates site activities with all office activities
Communicates cost control status and issues to Nichols management in a timely manner
Perform other duties as assigned
Desired Experience:
A minimum of five (5) years of construction experience and a working knowledge of Procore and P6 scheduling is required
Subcontractor Pay Voucher Preparation and Pay Application
Project CPM schedule showing all developments/updates, time impact analysis, and forecasting management
Understanding of material and equipment fabrication and its delivery tracking
Knowledge of the change management process and ability to create job status reports and profit plans
Subcontract/prime contract administration and enforcement and subcontractor buyout process
Project team leadership and negotiation skills
