Requirements
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Baking and Decorating Cupcakes and cakes following Smallcakes standards
Wash and put away dishes after use
Constant cleanup of work area
Applicant must have:
1 year of experience baking and decorating cakes and cupcakes professionally
Ability to follow recipes accurately and quickly
Strong verbal communication skills
Upbeat and engaging personality
Impressive work ethic
Ability to multi-task
Ability to stand long periods of time (often 6+ hours with breaks)
Ability to do heavy lifting (at least 50lbs)
Must have reliable transportation to store location (3718 Dallas Hwy SW Ste 8, Marietta, GA 30064)
Must be willing to be the sole employee in the store at times
Must be available to work weekday shifts (Monday - Friday 6am-12pm noon)
