Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities
* Work directly with clients to support their equity plan management, auditor, and participant needs, including reporting, reconciliation.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be developing and implementing transaction advisory services to our clients to meet their complex financial needs. Open to location. * Interact directly with Partners on matters related to client and engagement management
* Modeling financial transactions to be used in valuation, structuring and negotiation
* Prepare detailed memoranda and presentations describing the key attributes of client companies and industries
