Document client progress through SOAP notes and progress reports. Assist the supervising SLP during assessments and prepare materials. Implement and adjust home programs based on SLP guidance. Monitor and maintain speech therapy equipment, including AAC devices. Act as an interpreter for non-English-speaking families when competent. Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavioral therapists, and other professionals for holistic client care. Render/cancel appointments through CentralReach. Schedule client sessions and maintain organized charts and records. Support research projects, in-service training, and community education initiatives. • Participate in team meetings and provide updates on client progress.
