With more than 25 years of senior leadership experience, Jeff Kiesel is both the head and heart of Restaurant Technologies. He led the company to expand into a national service provider, established a new products team which has successfully launched a series of value added services, and continues to lead the evolution of an innovative and highly engaged team of over 1,000. Randy joined JM Swank, LLC in July, 2018 as the CEO of the consolidated JM Swank, Lentz Milling and Armour Specialty Marketing companies. He is a 25-year veteran in the industrial ingredient and food distribution/manufacturing industries. As former President & CEO of MacSource and Massey-Fair (Mac & Massey), Randy led the company through significant growth from 2000-2011, both organically and through M&A activities. In 2007 he recapitalized the company with a private equity partner and then in late 2011 led the sale of Mac & Massey Holdings to Batory Foods, Inc. where he remained for over three years as division President and Senior Vice President. In 2017/18 Randy served as the strategic adviser and M&A strategist for Lentz Milling, Reading, PA. He has in-depth experience in private equity and sits in an operating advisory role for CIC Partners, Dallas, TX. Randy has served on a handful of boards and is currently a member of the Alabama Business Hall of Fame nominating committee. Randy holds a BS in Corporate Finance from the University of Alabama and a MBA from Southern Methodist University.
