You'll lead each shift, working alongside fellow Cobblerista to deliver stellar customer service and a variety of expertly crafted dessert products. Shift supervisors are leaders in creating an uplifting experience for our customers and co-workers. General expectations for ALL positions consist of the following: Be proficient in performing all Crew Member tasks. Maintains fast accurate service, ensures an excellent customer experience, and makes sure all products are consistent with company standards. Make sure the restaurant is up to company standards with regards to cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility. Operate the POS accurately and maintain proper control of company assets. Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients. Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND BE A DEPENDABLE PART OF OUR TEAM Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality dessert products, cash handling and store safety and security. Willing to increase the pay for the right person! Prior experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees is preferable. Key Responsibilities:• Lead & Supervise Staff: Provide work direction, training, and performance evaluations for assigned custodial staff. • Quality Control: Regularly inspect and quality check areas cleaned by staff to ensure high standards are maintained. • Coaching & Feedback: Offer constructive feedback and coaching to team members to promote professional development and ensure efficiency. • Custodial Duties: Participate in hands-on custodial tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, washing floors, walls, and doors, trash pick-up, polishing brass, dusting. • 3rd Shift Leadership: Act in place of the Custodial Manager; take initiative and problem solve on 3rd Shift.
