OSI Group now has more than 60 locations across 17 different countries. This is something that Lavin hopes the next generations of corporate leaders will continue to prioritize. When asked about his long list of successes, Lavin says that he seeks to inspire the next crop of corporate leaders to dedicate themselves to growing their companies in responsible ways that contribute to the growth of global commerce and opportunities for their employees. While Lavin's words of wisdom are uplifting, he is not slowing down in the near future. He still finds time to remain very involved in charitable causes, such as Ronald McDonald House Charities. One of the things that Lavin is most proud of his career was that he was able to help raise three children with his wife and give back to the community while growing his company.
