unorganized management, staffing issues, lack of team work, getting called in at last minute when others call out unnecessarily, no reviews, no recognition or perks for completing tasks or initiative etc., inefficient operating schedule, producing their own candles but charging exorbitant prices to market them as "designer, luxury."

in my experience, the compensation at Balance Day Spa is below industry average. They told me I would earn commission on the membership sales but I never saw a penny.
Diversity within the organization was good. Once new management took over, new staffing hires were of the same ethnicity.
