Position Overview:
As a Production Technician, you're a member of a production crew, reporting to a supervisor of an assigned production area. You will contribute to the success of Ball by observing operating principles of all assigned equipment and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your area of responsibility. The Findlay plant schedule is 12 hour days; 4 days on/4 days off ; 6:30 AM/PM.-6:30PM/AM - rotate days to nights every 4 weeks.

Role and Responsibilities
Director, M&A and Strategic Investments, CBD Legal. This position would be in our Corporate Business Development (CBD) Legal group, and would report to the Managing Director, CBD Legal.
Deal Counsel. The attorney's primary role would be as deal counsel supporting all aspects of the Corporate Business Development group's activities, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic investments. Specifically, the attorney would be involved in:
Review M&A pipeline review decks and drive regulatory assessment review by antitrust, CFIUS and FDI counsel of potential transactions, including coordinating input from the applicable business unit leaders and technologists
Prepare and negotiate non-disclosure agreements
Work with internal tax and finance groups and external counsel on transaction structuring
Prepare and advise the deal team regarding the negotiation of term sheets

* Electro-Mechanical Technology Degree (Preferred).
* Rockwell PLC experience preferred.

Knowledge
* Working knowledge of the following areas: nomenclature of all assigned equipment; industrial automation controllers, electronics, electrical-mechanical devices, transmission systems, interface units, AC motors, wiring diagrams and schematics, computers and inspection and digital devices.
* Performs general electrical work, i.e., conduit, wire sizing, pulling wire, and construction.
* Must display competent ability to wire, assemble, and layout electrical/electronic systems in an extremely neat and professional manner and conform to Ball wiring specifications.
Other Requirements:
* Must have sufficient endurance to perform tasks over multiple 12 hour days.
* Must be able to handle sensitive related and proprietary information in a confidential manner.
* Must maintain professional competence, ethical integrity, knowledge, and skills.
* Performs such individual assignments as management may direct.
* Must follow company policies, procedures, practices, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Ball Corporation manuals.
* Maintains awareness and complies with hazardous waste management and other environmental management requirements in the workplace by attending scheduled training sessions.
* May travel to other plant locations to assist with projects.
* Must be able to organize, plan and prioritize.
Compensation & Benefits
* Starting Hourly Rate: $ 49.84 (Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
* This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
