What's the role?
The Senior Account Manager is a motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, hunter mentality, skilled negotiator and has proven capital equipment sales experience. The Account Manager is responsible for the generation of new business equipment sales and profits (P&L) in a specific territory. They commit to an annual sales budget, develops an annual business plan to achieve territory objectives, and forecasts monthly equipment pipeline. The Account Manager must be a team player, develop excellent clinical and technical knowledge, and demonstrate a high business acumen for the surgical market. Expected to work effectively within their territory to ensure the growth of the entire Zeiss surgical equipment portfolio to optimize customer workflow experience. Must report on their activities weekly and must represent the company in keeping with the highest standards of business ethics and professionalism. Responsible for communicating with management any ideas, market trends or competitive activities.

Maintain currency of, and adhere to applicable GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures. Abide by state and federal employment laws.
Attain or exceed yearly revenue and profit quotas for region of responsibility while managing a specific expense budget.
Make scheduled personalized sales demonstrations to the surgeons, operating room staff, and administration at facilities in region of responsibility.
Work effectively in a team environment to ensure lead sharing, account management, and account development.
Maintain, analyze and utilize territory records and other information to efficiently organize, plan, execute, and measure results.
Educate and follow up with surgeons, operating room staff, and administration on the operation, utilization and application of our products to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Provide timely, accurate, and constructive written and oral communications to management regarding expected sales planned monthly activity. Operates a specific cost center (business) to control sales, expenses, inventory and accounts receivable.
Maintain SFDC reports, dashboards and updates relative to opportunities, leads and sales funnel.
Develop and implement synergy opportunities among other Zeiss companies, Carl Zeiss Meditec field service and other corporate partners when such programs arise.
Develop and implement creative and profitable marketing approaches to the individual demands of the representative's region.

**JOB SUMMARY:**
The **Sprinkler Contract Sales Representative** will be responsible for estimating and selling project related fire protection sprinkler systems within the **College Station, TX** geographical markets. This position will receive daily tasking and prioritization from their site lead. The selected candidate will be responsible for operations and maintenance support of the MQ-4C Triton network and communications systems at a Forward Operating Base (FOB).
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Provide real time support for flight operations and maintenance, addressing any issues related to communications and networking to include fault isolation, remediation, and resolution.
+ Perform field integration, troubleshooting, and repair of communications and data link systems in military flight test environment, including operations on a flightline, in a hangar, and in command-and-control centers.
+ Adherence to checklists and procedures to ensure repeated success and providing redlines to procedures when necessary.
+ Communicate complex technical issues to local support, the Degrader Action Cell (DAC), Main Operation Bases (MOBs), and Responsible Engineers (REs).

** The selected candidate will be put on a temporary Domestic Assignment and will report to our San Diego, CA site daily prior to international deployment while clearance(s), Visa(s), and other documents are processing. The employee will go through training in San Diego during this period. **
**The expected timeline before deployment is 3-4 months but this will vary.**
Initially, this position will work a 9/80 shift. **As the program matures, the shifts may become 12-hour shifts that could include nights, weekends, and/or holidays.**
The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site in Australia. This position requires the ability to **travel up to 50%** of the time once in final location.
