A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A BANQUET CAPTAIN As a Banquet Captain, you will oversee the proper execution of service during banquet events, manage banquet operations across both Clubhouses, and ensure exceptional Member and Guest experiences. Additionally, focusing on maintaining the highest level of hospitality and service standards, supervise and train staff, and assist in inventory levels for food and beverage service. QUALIFICATIONS Candidates must have a flexible schedule, working knowledge of food & beverage service, an understanding of culinary arts, ability to motivate staff to perform at an exceptional level, have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with members, guests, management and staff, knowledge of Banquet Events Orders (BEO's), F&B software and Microsoft Office, and be able to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
