The Team: We are seeking Operations Associates to support our Onboarding organization. In this flexible role, you will support the operations of one or more of our core business verticals based on the needs of our business. Provides front-line customer service face-to-face or on the phone to students, parents, faculty/staff, and members of the community. Assists department staff with general office duties and clerical/administrative work including but not limited to: filing, delivering messages, returning phone calls, sort and deliver mail, make copies, etc. Assembles materials, documents, etc. as related to the department and its processes and procedures. Assists with departmental projects and programs. Maintains privacy and confidentiality of student records and other sensitive information. Fosters and maintains a safe environment of respect and inclusion for faculty, staff, students, and members of the community.
