Pay
They don't train you. Co-workers will throw you under the bus to get the heat off of them. They are not an equal opportunity employer. Now not all of the management are unprofessional but most are. It’s very political there and if you don't look like them they fire you quickly with a stack of blank paper saying the other co workers that never spent any time with you on a job, had a problem with you. Very cut throat and very disrespectful.
Taking a 2 hour lunch breaks at hooters and drinking beer before going back out.
