We're launching a brand-new, focused Employer of Record sales team to spearhead the sales of our game-changing EOR product - enabling customers to hire, manage, and pay global employees with ease. As a Global Employment Specialist, you will be the go-to expert in EOR, driving the entire sales cycle from discovery through closing, while ensuring compliance with international labor laws and building strategic, long-term client partnerships. For this role, we are seeking candidates with proven experience in Global Employment or Employer or Record positions to bring fresh perspectives and expertise to our new and growing team.
This role combines deep product expertise, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration to crush sales goals and expand our global footprint. You'll engage with pre-launch waitlist customers, respond to inquiries, qualify prospects, and work hand-in-hand with AccountExecutives and partners to deliver seamless, customer-first employment solutions.
You will:
Discovery & Qualification: Establish trust and use advanced questioning techniques to accurately identify client needs and qualify opportunities. Disqualify poor prospects early to focus on high-potential clients.

What You Need to Get the Job Done
1-2 years of experience in roles such as International HR Consultant, Global Mobility Specialist, International Account Manager, or Global Sales Executive, preferably in a global or international context.
Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development.
Strong understanding of international labor laws and compliance requirements.

**What We're Looking For**
+ Core Qualifications (The Foundation):

As an Outbound BDR (Business Development Representative), you will proactively initiate contact with new leads, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets. You will articulate value propositions and product benefits to enhance the quality of phone interactions, ensuring prospects understand the message clearly. Your role as a BDR will involve qualifying leads, handling objections, and managing complex sales situations to drive sales success. This is a hybrid role with in-office work mode Tuesday through Thursday at our beautiful Draper campus. We are growing rapidly, and with success in this BDR role, you can unlock multiple growth pathways for your career in sales. You will:
Initiate contact with new leads without needing external prompts as a proactive BDR.
Maintain a high volume of cold calls each day, viewing rejection as a learning opportunity.
Build strong relationships with prospects, prioritizing meaningful connections over quick sales.
Collaborate with team members, sharing successful strategies and supporting team goals.
Work closely with AccountExecutives and Marketing to shape your territory planning and account strategy as a BDR.
Adapt to changes in team dynamics, leadership, or roles while maintaining productivity.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
1-2 years' experience as an SDR or BDR identifying and qualifying sales opportunities while articulating product value propositions via phone and email preferred.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets set for BDRs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate value propositions effectively.
Strong organizational skills to keep detailed records and prioritize tasks.
High emotional intelligence to build rapport and maintain professionalism during conflicts.
Ability to achieve monthly performance KPIs and opportunity creation quotas for BDRs.
You must be coachable! We will provide you with many opportunities to grow your sales skills, but it's up to you to incorporate them into your day-to-day.
