Communicate lending decisions in a manner that provides the member prompt and efficient service in a respectful manner. Maintains effective communication and positive interpersonal relationships with the branch team and other departments serving as a resource when needed.
Verifies the quality, completeness and accuracy of loan applications. Performs work with accuracy and addresses identified errors in a timely manner.
