About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Flex Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll cross-functionally train and assist in all technical roles, including nozzle preparation, mold change overs and assisting Process Technicians. Fill-in for Relief Operators and Production Operators, as needed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist with the completion of material changes, option changes, and mold and version changes.
* Perform nozzle preparation, including the cleaning, testing and assembling of nozzles and nozzle blocks.
* Clean presses and press areas as needed.
* Participate in safety and communications meetings as scheduled.
* Support in times of need: i.e., production support, vacation coverage, and overtime changeover support.
* Fill in for Relief Operators and Production Operators as needed.
* Perform daily checks and audits of process systems including but not limited to mold pre-stage checks, water line checks, 5S audits, and Daily Equipment Checks (DEC).
* Assist other technical team members in their daily job duties, including preventive maintenance on injection molding tools and equipment.
Work Experience:
* 1 year of relevant work experience
* 1 year in a manufacturing environment
* Strong mechanical aptitude

About The Opportunity
Monitors all aspects of a product lifecycle, including long- and short-term development and marketing. Stays abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position. Leads internal project teams while capturing market insights to determine the product lines future direction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage an existing product line for assigned product(s) while responsible for product line revenue and margin targets.
* Champion the development and introduction of new products and product line extensions to meet current and future customer needs.
* With the support of the Sr. product manager, develop product line strategies Responsible for market research, competitive tracking, quoting, and reporting financial data.
* Support the sales force through product training and research.
* Be the product expert resource to support the sales team / customer. Work on cost saving initiatives with the operations team.
* Assist with product quality complaints from customers.
* Set pricing strategy for assigned product(s).
* Provide forecasting for assigned product line(s) and overall support of product line forecasting activities.
