John leads Product at Bandwidth. His team is responsible for driving strategy, design, and development across Bandwidth’s product portfolio. John has deep experience working directly with the market leaders in enterprise communications that rely on Bandwidth’s platform and products. John holds a Bachelor of Science from Harvey Mudd College, and has previously worked within the mobile ecosystem at Accenture, InfoSpace Mobile and Motricity.

As Chief Technology Officer, Scott is responsible for the development, engineering, operations and overall technical strategy of the Bandwidth platforms and services. Scott is a seasoned technologist with nearly 20 years of experience in engineering and software development. He has deep experience in building highly scalable software platforms and has built development teams capable of scaling with the business in high growth communications companies. Prior to Bandwidth Scott worked for Lucent Technologies designing and implementing their next generation IP platforms and applications. Scott is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a degree in Computer Science.

Bartolo’s decorated career spans nearly three decades. He returns to Avaya after having spent the last several years at Tata Communications Limited where he served as its executive vice president and chief product officer, most recently based in Singapore. Prior to Tata, Bartolo was vice president at Avaya in both the unified communications and contact center business units responsible for product development and the SMB business segment.

Most recently, Raiford was Chief Financial Officer of Ribbon Communications, a communications software and network solutions provider. He joined Ribbon through predecessor company GENBAND and was credited with its strategic transformation and the successful integration of several M&A deals--including the merger of GENBAND and Sonus Networks to create Ribbon and, most recently, Ribbon's 2020 acquisition of ECI Telecom Ltd.

Previously, he was Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer and then Vice President of Business Transformation at Freescale Semiconductor (subsequently acquired by NXP Semiconductors) from 2006 to 2010, where he oversaw the restructuring of Freescale's manufacturing footprint, monetization of under-utilized assets and intellectual property, and the consolidation of global design, sales and marketing.

From 2004 through 2007, Raiford was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Travelport Worldwide Ltd., the United Kingdom-based global travel distribution firm, where he helped build a travel powerhouse including the Orbitz brand that culminated with the sale of the company to Blackstone Group.

Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Finance and Administration, Americas for Hewlett-Packard and as Corporate Controller for Compaq Computer Corp. before its acquisition by HP. He was also Chief Financial Officer for Shell Technology Ventures, based in Houston, Texas and The Hague, Netherlands, and started his career at Price Waterhouse in London and Houston.

Raiford is Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of Leone Media Inc., a private company operating as MediaKind. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.

Hoffman, who joined Bandwidth in 2011, will stay at Bandwidth through Aug. 31 to facilitate a smooth transition. In his 10 years as Chief Financial Officer, Hoffman guided Bandwidth on the path of accelerating growth, an initial public offering in 2017 and the 2020 acquisition of Voxbone.

As Chief Information Officer, Kade Ross oversees Bandwidth’s information technology, data governance, analytics, service management, and security functions. Kade joined Bandwidth in 2002 as employee number thirteen, and has been an integral part of some of Bandwidth’s most transformational milestones. He guided enterprise sales and support for one of Bandwidth’s largest customer accounts - and helped lead the team that successfully built the first iteration of our voice network within nine months.

Kade has a B.S. from UNC Chapel Hill, and brings eighteen years of leadership experience in Information Technology, Facilities, People Services, and Enterprise Sales to the Bandwidth team. Outside the office, Kade enjoys spending time with his wife Mary Margaret and children Hayes and Louise.

As Chief People Officer, Rebecca is responsible for developing and directing the overall People Services (human resources) strategy for Bandwidth. In addition to leading People Services, she oversees internal communication and the company’s corporate giving and community involvement program, Bandwidth Cares. Rebecca is a seasoned executive, management consultant, and business coach with deep expertise in human resources management and leadership development. She has worked in a variety of high growth sectors for scaling organizations in international and multiple state work environments. Prior to joining Bandwidth, Rebecca was founder and President of Venture Savvy Consulting Group providing human resources and leadership expertise primarily for growing technology companies. Before that she was an early member of Motricity Inc.’s (now Voltari) founding executive team starting in 2004. As VP of HR at Motricity, she architected the company’s human resources strategy and developed programs that enabled the business to scale from 75 employees and $10m in revenue to more than 500 employees and $100m revenue in just three years.
