SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION The Client Service Coordinator ("CSC") drives the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizes the productivity of the veterinary medical team (in terms of numbers of clients and pets), ensures good communication with associates and clients, and coordinates the care of clients and pets in a happy, welcoming, friendly and efficient manner, influencing clients to return and refer their friends and families.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
+ Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
+ Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.
+ Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive and efficiently run hospital to support the needs of our wellness plan clients.
+ Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times. This includes encouraging hospital visits, welcoming clients and pets, ensuring that they are comfortable in the hospital, and educating them about their pet's health.
+ Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, pet health needs and hospital services
+ Assist incoming clients by completing the required documentation, entering all pet information and history in the computer, utilizing proper collars and tags for identification, and ensuring prompt service.
+ Assist outgoing clients by providing all necessary instructions, information and invoices, dispensing prescription items per the veterinarian's instructions, selling retail products and scheduling future appointments.
+ Manage the finances by maintaining accurate balances and utilizing proper opening and closing procedures.
+ Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
+ Other job duties as assigned.

SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS
+ Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time.

+ Client needs and work volume may often require more than 40 hours per week to complete essential duties of this job. This position requires special hours including working weekends and evenings.
+ Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability (reading, writing, and speaking the English language) to perform the duties proficiently.
+ The noise level in the work environment is moderately high.
+ Requires sufficient ambulatory skills in order to perform duties while at hospital.
+ Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as well as manipulate (lift, carry, move) up to 50 pounds.
+ Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm-hand-finger dexterity with the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard and operate equipment.
+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
+ Associate is routinely exposed to a variety of pets that may bite or scratch, and on occasion, exposed to anesthesia, radiation, biological hazards and medication/controlled substances.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING
+ High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
+ Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography (x-ray) and exposure to radioactive substances.
+ One year related experience required with customer service preferred.
+ Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

The GIS Real Estate Network Analyst conducts analyses and produces reports that support appropriate strategic direction of overall MVH practice growth. This position is responsible for analyzing historical and current metrics to provide guidance on hospital deployment (e.g., revenue forecast, market reviews, competitor analysis, co-tenancy, and site evaluation). This position will utilize and maintain data sources and prepare maps and other relevant presentation materials that support strategic growth objectives.
You Will:

* Create maps and other support materials for senior-level assessment of relevant market and hospital level strategy
* Collect and analyze competitor and business partner data to provide in-depth analyses of new market opportunities.
* Utilize and maintain vendor-provided services and systems that help support critical business functions.
* Utilize and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports for use by the Real Estate team and other internal partners.
* Support the research needs of the site selection managers and work with line manager to assist in providing strategic guidance and site-specific reviews for future hospital openings.
* GIS mapping and spatial analysis to provide context to our existing and proposed hospital sites.
* Utilize data sets from a data warehouse via SQL to support business intelligence activities.
* Analyze weekly and periodic operating results related to financial results, staffing levels, and productivity.
* Provide ad hoc analysis for leadership with relation to hospital operations and industry trends.

Your Experience Should Include:
* Required: Bachelor's in Geography, Business Administration, Real Estate, or similar.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Act as Responsible Veterinarian for Veterinary and Pharmacy Board Permits, as required by federal, state, or local law. Responsible for the ownership and management of the controlled substance inventory for relief doctors.

+ Partner with the Director of Veterinary Quality and Talent Acquisition team to recruit veterinary talent. Act as a brand ambassador in the local veterinary community. This position is also designed to be a direct clinical liaison between health plan staff and the clinical network. The program fosters a collegial and mutually beneficial relationship between the providers and payers of medical and behavioral health services.
This is a field-based position working with adults enrolled in the Medicaid program. You will spend 80% of the time meeting with enrollees at hospitals, clinical facilities, community sites, and in their homes. The remaining 20% is spent working remotely at home.
The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with no weekends, evenings, or holidays.
Due to business needs, current residency in or near Yonkers or Central / Southeast Bronx is required.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Identify and provide community service linkage
+ Assist enrollees with aftercare appointments
+ Provide subsequent member follow-up as determined by individual member needs
+ Work with enrollees to identify gaps in care or obstacles to care and problem solve for successful connection to needed services
+ Review IP Census each day to determine which enrollees on the census are re-admits within the last 12 months
+ Go to facility meetings with treatment team to develop a successful aftercare plan
+ Manage the aftercare follow-up of identified high risk enrollees (manage follow-up calls/outreach and documentation)
+ Meet with community providers/facilities as company liaison to foster good rapport and relationships and to identify new programs

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling; OR Licensed Ph.D.; OR Registered Nurse with 5+ years of Behavioral Health experience
+ Active, unrestricted, independent license the State of New York:
