David Fisher is the CEO Enova International, Inc. (NYSE: ENVA) a leading technology and analytics company focused on online lending. Prior to joining Enova in January 2013, Fisher served as the CEO and member of the Board of Directors of optionsXpress Holdings, Inc. As CEO, he played an instrumental role in creating a strong, recognizable brand, developing world class technology, marketing, product development and the integration of three successful acquisitions. In March 2011, Fisher spearheaded the sale to Charles Schwab for approximately $1.4 billion (including a $350 million special dividend). Fisher also serves on the Board of Directors for Innerworkings (INWK), a global print management firm, and GrubHub, (GRUB) the nation's leading online and mobile food-ordering company, and formerly on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Board Options Exchange. He is also member of the Board of Trustees of the Museum of Science and Industry.
