The primary role of a Relationship Executive is to act as an "individual contributor" to the firm, growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI) target space. Relationship Executives develop a weekly sales plan prioritizing revenue generating sales opportunities and are responsible for cultivating referral sources, institutionalizing relationships and calling.
