GENERAL FUNCTION: Under minimal supervision, oversees and coordinates time sensitive projects, resolves ATM hardware and software problems, provides technical troubleshooting expertise to multiple layers of management as well as external vendors. Analyze and evaluate recurring problems using terminal availability reports, online systems, internal and external reporting to make improvements in ATM availability. Diagnose ATM hardware, software, configuration, and procedure problems and take corrective action. Manages medium to complex projects involving upgrading of ATMs including hardware, software, and communications equipment. Provide phone support for service vendors and financial center staff. Assist with ATM data analysis and reporting as needed. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Two to four year college degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum three to five years of ATM or communication related experience. Ability to analyze hardware, software, network or procedural problems and resolve them.
