Manual Ethical Hacking is part of the Application Development Security Framework Program within Bank of America's Cyber Security Assurance Offensive Security group. The program provides services to assess the vulnerability of the bank's applications to malicious hacking activity.

This individual as a Cloud Platforms Infrastructure Lead role is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of secure and efficient network architectures within cloud environments. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain network security protocols and implement best practices and deliver high quality network/security services. The lead will also be responsible for identifying potential security threats, conducting assessments, and required design development and automation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud platform networking, security technologies and a solid understanding of compliance requirements with cloud infrastructures. This position requires strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Position Summary:
Design and implement secure network architectures for cloud platforms
Lead a team of engineers in developing network security strategies and policies
Write public cloud infrastructure as code automation using tools such as Terraform
Design and develop public cloud landing zones automation to build core cloud foundational platform services
Develop cloud services provisioning automation with integrated capabilities of IAM, network, security policies as code, and observability
Collaborate with technical product management and operations, to deliver the engineering roadmap in Agile model
Partner with Information Security teams to engineer secure app patterns into Cloud platforms
Assist in translating business requirements into technical definitions, reference models, blueprints, and playbooks for deployment in compliance with architecture standards and policies
Assist technical Analysts and Infrastructure Engineers by ensuring that technology solutions comply with enterprise system design and engineering standards.

Required Qualifications
Extensive knowledge (7+ Years) in cloud network and security technologies including experience in enterprise across DMZ, DC, and WAN infrastructure.
Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts, subnets, routing, load balancing, firewalls, and cloud security.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud, certification preferred. AWS and GCP desirable.
Experience in enterprise-scale environments, building highly available IaaS and PaaS solutions
Experience with agile collaboration and project management tools such as Confluence, Jira and Kanban]
Ability to quickly gather business requirements and match them to existing service offerings or new solution requirements.
Experience building and working with Cloud infrastructure and virtual appliances.\
Experience building and working with Hybrid/Private overlays such as SDN technologies
Experiencing migrating corporate applications to public Cloud
Deep knowledge of best practice Cloud security and Threat modeling
Knowledge of protocols, operating systems, hypervisors and distributed systems architectures

Proficient in network/Cloud monitoring and performance tools/testing/benchmarking.
POC/RFP documentation and review experience.

Understanding of traffic management (e.g proxy and load balancer) and DDI (DNS,DHCP,IPAM) tools.
Experience in DevOps and GitOps models with infra-as-code, config-as-code, policy-as-code, etc.
Proficient in translating designs into fully developed Terraform code.
Understanding of landing zones, cloud-native security, monitoring and logging tools, and Well-Architected Framework principals.
Experience with containers related technologies and CICD tools - Jenkins, pipelines, container repos, etc.

* Deliver and facilitate key committee materials and preparation of liquidity documentation.
