JOB BRIEF (PURPOSE) The Senior Operations Consultant operates with a high degree of autonomy and brings deep expertise in operational processes and supporting technologies. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of system interdependencies, process flows, and data pipelines. This enables the consultant to support both technical and business teams, enhance oversight of system operations, and ensure alignment between technical functionality and business requirements-especially when resolving issues that impact business operations.
