Essential Functions
Daily supervision of a team of Servicing Officers including assignment of duties, pipeline tracking and responsible for hiring, training and development
Provides expertise to team, lending team and others to support staff and may engage in client meetings, review of credit approvals, loan documents, etc.
Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
Provides backup for servicing for team members.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000.00 - $122,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
