* Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate AI capabilities into the product roadmap.
* Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition, with a focus on AI features and enhancements.
* Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, reliability, and AI performance indicators.
* Guide successful product launches, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences, especially for AI-powered features.
Oversight, Monitoring & Optimization
* Provide thought leadership to partners and drive adoption of best-in-class planning processes within Ai4Ops Voice+ Domain.
* Coordinate preparation, logistics, and material development for quarterly planning sessions with key stakeholders across the product ecosystem.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, program management, or a relevant domain area, ideally with exposure to AI or machine learning technologies.
* Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, data analytics, and AI concepts.
* Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management, with a focus on AI-driven products.
* Demonstrated success in managing and implementing operational effectiveness and portfolio management initiatives.
* Proven ability to operate within agile methodologies and deliver scalable, resilient, and stable AI-powered products.

* Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
* Experience collaborating with AI, machine learning, or data science teams.
* Familiarity with AI product metrics, model performance evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
